Position Overview: As an E-commerce Administrative Support, you will be supporting our e-commerce operations, assisting with online order processing, managing product listings and helping to streamline our digital workflows.You will report to the Senior E-Commerce Specialist and work closely with Sales, Operations and IT to ensure a seamless experience for our customers. Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and conflict resolution related to shipments, damages, defects, returns, invoicing issues, late payments, etc.
  • Liaise with Shipping team to ensure key account orders are shipped in a timely manner
  • Track compliance charges by account to ensure we are complying with regulations and identifying areas for improvement or streamlined processes (accounting, T amp;R)
  • Provide Administrative Support for new e-commerce account set-up
  • Maintain 3rd-party partner account files by updating customer information, pricing, new product submissions and product descriptions as required
  • Ensure new national accounts including product information SKU, etc. are set-up effectively, working in collaboration with Sales and IT teams
  • Assist with e-commerce initiatives including ensuring website content is accurate with correct products, images and content, and informing the buyer of any inaccuracies
  • Support all partner site maintenance projects, inventory and uploading images and video clips
  • Support day-to-day execution of e-commerce initiatives by providing administrative support to the Sales and Marketing team, including but not limited to sending samples to clients, PowerPoint presentations, sales kits and assisting with tradeshows
  • Identify opportunities for streamlining e-commerce processes and contribute to the implementation of best practices
  • Other duties as required.
Experience Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years in an administrative support role, preferably within an e-commerce environment
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience providing customer service
  • Experience using CRM systems and task management software
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excelamp; Powerpoint)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proactive approach to resolving issues and finding efficient solutions
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment and collaboratively with different departments
