Youll be part of a multifaceted team that will equip you with deep sector knowledge and use exceptional analytical tools. Deal Advisory is one of three practices within Advisory, consisting of mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing, restructuring, public infrastructure finance, valuations, and transaction services.In this role, you will be provided with exposure to Corporate Finance and Transaction Services activities. Our Corporate Finance services are comprised of merger, acquisition, and divestiture advisory services and financing services, including raising debt and equity capital. We offer independent financial advisory and investment banking services to both private and public companies while acting independently of financing sources, were able to provide clients with pure, objective advice, focusing on strategies that can help meet corporate objectives. From a Transaction Services perspective, we support buy-side transactions, sell-side transactions and integration and separation.Additional Job Duties:

  • Preparing, including research for, sales and marketing materials
  • Assisting in identification of potential acquisition targets, purchasers and/or investors
  • Preparing and distributing of Investment Profiles and other key documents
  • Conducting financial analysis, diligence, and valuation/pricing analysis (including the development of complex financial models) of companies in a variety of industries
  • Conducting buy and sell-side diligence activities
  • Communicating directly with clients, advisors, Partners, Managers and colleagues
  • Providing analytical and market research information (i.e., public company pricing multiples, industry research, etc.)
  • Participating in a wide range of assignments involving local, national and international clients
