Job Description

We are currently looking for junior service technicians to perform swimming pool openings, maintenance, and closings. The ideal candidate does not require experience in the pool industry as training will be provided, but industry experience is a bonus!Responsibilities:

  • Open pools as part of a team
  • Weekly maintenance of pools
  • Close pools as part of a team
  • Water analysis
  • Handle pool chemicals (WHMIS training provided)
  • Complete written service reports
  • Communicate customer service requests/complaints to senior staff
  • Maintain service vehicles/tools/supplies
  • Assist senior technician as required
  • Attend required training
Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work both in a team and individually
  • Effectively communicate with clients and staff
  • Willingness to learn and follow protocols
  • Maintain a neat and organized work area
  • Professional appearance
  • Ability to work outdoors in most weather conditions
  • Steel-toed safety footwear
  • Must have a G2 or G driver’s license and clean driving record
Terms of Employment:
  • March - November
  • Full Time + Select Saturdays Available
