Our Head Office is in Oakville and for now you’ll be mostly working from home. Regular team meetings at the office will help you get to know the amazing team you belong to.What you’ll do: - Respond to requests for technical assistance via phone & electronically- Diagnose and resolve technical issues- Research questions using available information resources- Advise users on appropriate actions- Follow standard help desk procedures- Log all help desk interactions (if not logged directly by customer)- Redirect problems to appropriate resources if needed.- Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention- Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions- Prioritize goals and tasks, take ownership and complete on time- Stay current with system information, changes and updates- Troubleshoot basic networking and connectivity issues- Install and support company offerings/solutions- Participate in 24/7 on-call support rotationHow you’ll help our clients feel: - Relieved when you solve the problem- Respected, valued and not talked down to- Confident that you did it right the first time- Happy they are dealing with you and Stage2DataWhat You Need for this Position: - Empathy to provide amazing customer service. A chirpy one sentence reply Never! You know you have to build and maintain the client relationship AND solve the problem!- A good attitude: Assume the best, never the worst.
