Our J&R Oyler pit smokes our meats all day long.WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FORThe successful candidate will be a motivated culinary professional with good organizational skills, cleanliness and time management skills.WHAT TO EXPECTFor this job, you will be working five days a week with breaks. You will receive a meal, weekly tip out and pay bi-weekly. The restaurant has an incredible team of culinary professionals that love getting their hands dirty and covered in sauce.Expect to come home every night smelling like a campfire and BBQ.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES-Being Punctual and respectful.-Maintain a clean working station.-Setting up or closing the line.-Handling the pressure of the dinner rush.-Ensure consistent product quality.-Following systems and procedures as directed by our executive chef and head chef.-Culinary schooling is preferred, but an understanding for executing high-quality food is required.-A passion for working with culinary professionals and handling high-quality fresh food.- Great speed and being physically able, you may be required to carry heavy logs.-Great hygiene, showering, clean clothes, and knowledge of proper hand-washing are required.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $18.00-$24.00 per hourAdditional pay:
