If you love technology, are a strong people manager, are well organized, and are keen to join an industry leader — we would love to hear from you!What youll do:The Manager, NPI role is a leadership role where this person will execute new product development while overseeing the activities of the New Product Introductions (NPI) team. This position ensures the entire NPI process is functioning efficiently from conception to launch by all members of the NPI team. This position interacts closely with operations, supply chain, marketing, logistics and technical teams in leading strategic NPI initiatives.To be successful in this role you will be a self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills, and have a team player mentality.How youll make an impact:

• Develop and grow the NPI team to support the various product categories within the business.
• Evolve and maintain the NPI process and develop and document best practices as they pertain to the various functions within the business.
• Develop and implement strategies with the team to ensure new products operate safely and optimally for customers.
• Collaborate with the Product Management community to ensure a smooth transition of product initiatives into NPI.
• Ensure the team deliverables related to individual initiatives, and regular communication commitments towards Sales and the rest of the organization are met.
• Assist with hiring processes and new team member training as required.
• Conduct team meetings relating to communicating employee tasks and continuing expectations.
• Participate in management training courses.
• Oversee the activities and performance of direct reports: Provide direction, coaching and mentorship to the team. Engage in the development of the team by coaching, providing feedback, identifying areas of growth and training opportunities. Collaborate and support employees during the performance management process, meeting KPAs and career development planning.

What youll bring to this role:

• 8-10 years product management, product development or product marketing experience in a technology organization.
• 5-8 years experience in leading and developing product development and/or NPI teams.
• Post-Secondary Diploma/Degree specialization in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Business Management or a related field.
• Project Management Certification (PMP) or agile certification is highly valued.
• Strategic mindset, has a keen sense of priorities, along with an ability to pivot as the landscape changes.
• Ability to understand complex business problems and interpret business and technical requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multiple simultaneous complex NPI projects within a team.
• Experience with agile project management tools within a team setting.
• Ability to deliver clear and concise verbal and written communications.
