Job Description

LET’S TALK ABOUT YOUPosition OverviewThis position is responsible for leading the Industrial Applications regional Parts department for Region Canada. The departments primary job responsibility is to create quotes and book orders for region Canadas IA customer base.The position works in close collaboration with various Siemens Energy factories as well as open market and LTP end customers. In addition, this department will interface with SCM, Field Service, Marketing, Finance, Engineering and Sales.Your Responsibilities

  • Lead a team to support Industrial Applications customers in Region Canada for execution of parts quotes and orders.
  • Manage order execution and networking channels (Program Management, Engineering, Marketing, Supply Management, Factories, Sales, Export Control Compliance, Contracts, Freight Forwarders, etc.) to meet customer requirements.
  • Ensure the staff is properly trained in all various company systems and tools for performing their job functions.
  • Work towards the department financial as well as operational target
  • Ensure on time delivery of quotes and order to customers
  • Develop harmonized order management processes between the region and PCC
Your Profile
  • BS/BA Degree or equivalent experience required, Masters degree preferred
  • Experience in order management or customer support functional area
  • Experience with SAP and Atlas order management processes
  • Excellent verbal, written, time management, and organization skills
  • 8-10+ years experience in related field
