We are young in years but experienced in our approach and offerings.OpeningWe are looking to add a Project Coordinator to our team. This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary of $60-75K (depending on experience),Summary:The objective of this job is to successfully manage the execution of projects, post order and support the Customer Journey in a fast paced, project driven environment. The primary responsibility is to work with Sales staff and their customers on assigned accounts and coordinate all activities related to the order management process including customer service, order follow-up, delivery and installation, deficiency follow-up and resolution. The Project Coordinator is to keep the project and all related processes running smoothly and communicate to the stakeholders.Core Competencies:Quickly learn new software and processesAbility to multi-task and to be flexible is extremely importantStrong organization and time management skillsStrong oral and written communication skillsCritical thinking to make decisions and solve problemsWork as part of a teamAccuracy and high attention to detailJob Accountabilities & Responsibilities:Initiate and maintain contact with Customer on all aspects of Order/Project as soon as the order has been convertedReview of all order information and confirm the order’s current scope; bring any issues to Sales staff attention as soon as possibleMonitor order status & perform customer service functions for all day-to-day and project ordersCoordinate projects that include many moving parts including constructionExpedite ESD w/ manufacturers/suppliers as required to meet required datesProcess all order/project change orders following Change Order ProcessCoordinate all additional service requestsSchedule all deliveries and installationsEnsure complete delivery and installation package is forwarded to Installation DepartmentExpedite, coordinate and resolve all deficiencies per punch-list/deficiency walk throughVerify all order/project delivery/installations have been completed per specificationClose out all orders to initiate invoicing process with each completed phase/projectSchedule and conduct project planning/ phasing Meetings and monitor activity/progress on a regular basisAvailable to resolve installation issues during non-regular working hours – via cell phoneOther duties as requiredQualifications and Experience:Working knowledge of AutoCAD, 2020 Giza, Keyshot 10Project coordination experience requiredExcellent working knowledge of current Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook and WordExperience with customer interfacing, both internal and external clientsExperience with Office Furniture and related servicesExperience in Project implementationUnderstanding and creating FloorplansAbility to Site MapStrong administrative skills with sharp attention to detailExcellent organizational skillsUniversity Degree or 3 yr College DiplomaAbility to track and execute multiple projects concurrentlyInitiative to seek answers – active problem solverPreferred knowledge of commercial furniture manufacturers & product linesDemonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically ExcelStrong teamwork skillsKnowledge of commercial furniture manufacturers & product linesAccess to vehicle for site visits and client meetingsExcellent Oral and written communication skills – demonstrated skill with spoken/written EnglishMust be self-motivated with strong organizational skillsWorking Conditions:Primarily based out of head officeSome flexibility to work remotelySome travel to client siteFrom time to time available to resolve installation issues during non-regular working hours via cell phoneJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $19.23-$31.25 per hourBenefits:
