Job Description

We are currently looking for a Project Manager in our Oakville, Ontario, Canada Landing Gear/Systems site.Primary Responsibilities:

  • Review contract terms and conditions, understand the company obligations toward customer and suppliers.
  • Coordinate with the finance department to justify the project, set and monitor the project budget.
  • Lead cross functional team meetings to assess project risks, effectively handle conflict resolutions, and drive closure for action items.
  • Understand the Quality and ITC requirements and coordinate all the required activities.
  • Comply with the work transfer procedures and complete all required passport elements/phases for the project.
  • Adhere to the internal procedures and applicable authority regulations
  • Set realistic transition plan to mitigate transition risks, monitor implementation schedule and report project progress.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of relevant experience OR
  • Advance degree and 5 years in a related field and minimum 5 years experience OR
  • In absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience is required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to communicate well with all levels.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Extensive knowledge with SAP and scheduling, familiarity with Matrix and MFT.
  • Excellent time management to handle multiple tasks.
  • Ability to meet deadline targets and ability to work under pressure.
  • Broad understanding of the landing gear manufacturing methods and processes.
  • Successful candidate must meet all requirements under ITAR and CCGP.
