  • Deliver high quality services with a focus on project management, business transformation and organizational change management
  • Lead client onboarding processes
  • Participate in creation of proposals, statement of works, change requests or operational agreements as required
  • Provide administrative support as needed
  • Lead scheduling functions, including proactive workforce planning, resolving schedule conflicts and recommend staff sharing opportunities
  • Optimize project engagements using available resources to improve utilization
  • Administer the database through daily scheduling, conflict resolution and inputting ongoing changes
  • Proactive in managing conflicting demands on resources, escalating to respective parties as appropriate
  • Assist with deployment of Audit & Assurance software related metrics
  • Analyze and challenge resourcing requests against key engagement metrics to ensure the appropriate allocation of resources
  • Conduct budget reconciliation activities including customer billing
  • Execute on client operational reporting or project status reports
  • Assist in resource management and forecasting using BDOs Resource Management tool
  • Assist in preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings
  • Monitor engagement progress and deadlines
  • Determine engagement changes, challenges and opportunities
  • Undertake engagement tasks as required
  • Recommend engagement strategies as needed
  • Ensure engagements adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each engagement

Your experience and education
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Technology or related field of study
  • Certification in Agile Project Management, Agile Methodologies, Project Management, Scrum Master or equivalent certification
  • Experience with Project Management Office (PMO) is considered an asset
  • You have a minimum of 3 years experience with Resource Management or Project Management in a professional services environment
  • You demonstrate personal leadership, accountability, proactivity and responsiveness
  • You have the ability to adapt to changing priorities within the business
  • You have confident communication skills both written and verbal
  • You are organized with good time management skills
  • You have strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • You are comfortable collaborating with business partners in remote locations
  • You have a passion for optimizing employees strengths and efficiency
  • You thrive in a fast changing work environment
  • You have assertive conflict resolution and problem solving skills
  • You have the ability to be diplomatic and firm when necessary in order to drive business forward or obtain results
  • Proven project management success with strong track record of on-time, on-budget and to-specification delivery of projects and experience
