  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers of business units.
  • Provide support to managers regarding the hiring process and decisions as a subject matter expert.
  • Create job postings and ensure internal and external posting distribution.
  • Source talent utilizing social media, external boards, and consistent partnership with various educational institutions.
  • Support recruitment lifecycle: screen, interview, assess candidates and manage the employment offer process in conjunction with HR.
  • Monitor the hiring process to assure conformity to recruitment policies, procedures and best practices and advise Managers of relevant legislation.
  • Work collaboratively with managers and HR teams to ensure successful on-boarding of the new hire.
What we’re looking for:
  • 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on tech roles preferred.
  • You’ve successfully managed large req loads with competing priorities.
  • You’re a hunter at heart and love directly sourcing your own roles.
  • A knack for identifying & qualifying candidates that align with company cultural values.
  • Ability to build authentic lasting relationships with candidates You’ve worked with senior level hiring managers and earned their trust building out their teams.
  • You’re able to take constructive feedback from stakeholders and pivot your search accordingly.
  • You exhibit creativity when it comes to sourcing and attracting top talent.
  • You’re a talent partner not afraid to advocate for candidates.
  • You’re comfortable wearing many hats as a Recruiter and enjoy writing job descriptions, selling opportunities to candidates, researching new sourcing strategies, and building out social content.
  • Experience building an employer brand is highly advantageous.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
