Keen attention to details, going the extra mile and putting a little “wow” into everything we do is the Seasons way!Your Job: We’re looking for a Regional Maintenance Specialist who is responsible for assisting with the management of all operational building systems and to maximize building efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the Seasons portfolio.Responsibilities:

  • Monitors and modifies comprehensive Inventory of all building systems of the Seasons Alberta
  • Assists the Portfolio with hands-on maintenance and related tasks as required. Inclusive of painting, drywall, minor electrical or plumbing, flooring repairs, etc.
  • Oversight of all maintenance related tasks to ensure maintenance practices are completed in accordance with Seasons standards and maintenance best practices
  • Monitors and modifies comprehensive Inventory of all building systems of the Seasons operational portfolio
  • On site onboarding and training for new hires within the maintenance and housekeeping teams
  • Assists in the development of maintenance procedures and practices on site and within the Maintenance Care system
  • Assists in developing, maintaining and prioritizing Capital budget planning and spend
  • Assists with on site coordination for capital projects as well as larger or complex repair projects
Qualifications or Skills Required:
  • Experience in the Environmental Services Manager role or relatable Maintenance Leadership role
  • Experience with the Maintenance Care System or other CMMS programs
  • Experience working in seniors housing industry is an asset
  • Ability to think analytically, communicate effectively and execute efficiently
  • Effective interpersonal, leadership and conflict management skills
  • Strong organizational, decision making and problem solving skills
  • Excellent computer skills with knowledge and experience in related software programs
  • Valid Class G driver’s license with clean driver’s abstract
  • Must be able to manage time, deadlines and deliverable dates
