TAHINI’S | CREW MEMBER JOB DESCRIPTIONThe Crew Member position at Tahini’s is the primary restaurant position.The Crew Member perfectlyprepared wraps and bowls in an efficient fashion and high customersatisfaction are always a priority. The Crew Member’s role is to work hand inhand with fellow team members in customer service, BOH A crew Member must also be well versed in Guest service and operation every guest receives an incredible product and is addressed with the utmost.Role of a Crew Member: Be enthusiastic, energetic and demonstrate a genuine positive demeanor throughout the shift

  • Be professional and hospitable while promoting the Tahini’s brand
  • Ensure every guest receives the Tahini’s experience and leaves eager to return
  • Consistently execute the menu in a quick and efficient manner to the
highest quality standards opportunities to introduce guests to new offerings or optionsDuties & Responsibilities:Prepare a selection of food Assist with completion of catering orders as needed Proper adherence to all cash handling procedures Correct use of POS system, adhering to all company standard Ability to stay calm under pressure Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and management Job Requirements: Ability to prioritize and stay organized in a high-paced environment Fluency in English both written and verbal Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays Must be able to carry and lift items weighing 50lbs Must be able to stoop and bendJob Types: Full-time, Part-time, PermanentPart-time hours: 35 per weekSalary: From $15.50 per hourFlexible Language Requirement:
