At Mister Safety Shoes, our team members practice a consultative approach to our customer interactions. You will be trained in assessing the workplace needs of each customer in order to provide exceptional service.What we are looking for:Currently, we are hiring permanent full-time consultants that are polite, well-spoken and out going to join our Oakville Team!The successful candidate will need to be able to work weekday shifts up to 8:30pm, and at least one weekend shift up to 6:30pmWhat we offer:There are many reasons to work with us.   • Direct Compensation: $16.28 per hour
  • Training Bonus: We pay an extra $1.25 per hour during the first 30 calendar days to bridge the gap until you can earn more on the sales floor (to be paid following the end of the 30-day period)
  • Additional incentives and bonuses that are paid out bi-weekly & monthly
  • Fully paid Health Benefits and Employee Assistance Program by the company for all full-time employees
  • We offer schedules that are posted 2 weeks in advance
  • We are closed on ALL statutory holidays – Including Boxing Day!
