Job Description

Appirio is a trusted partner to some of the world’s largest brands, including YP, Cardinal Health, Coca-Cola, eBay, Facebook, Home Depot, Sony PlayStation, Moen, and IBM.Brief Summary of Role:Salesforce Admins form the technical foundation of our delivery teams. They are primarily responsible for completing tasks that require Administrative skills such as troubleshooting, enhancements, support as well as new configurations. Our openings provide an excellent opportunity for those looking to get into the cloud computing space to participate on one of our many innovative cloud adoption projects at high-profile clients.Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshooting and enhancing existing logic in SFDC
  • Providing declarative code for project-related deliverables.
  • Handeling all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks
  • Completing regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades
  • Managing Salesforce data feeds and other integrations
  • Coordinating the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests.
  • Assisting in training of new users, and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization
  • Effectively act as the liaison between our users, vendors and the application development teams
  • Work independently with members of the user community to define and document development requirements
  • Doing configuration with a high degree of efficiency and quality
  • Interaction with application development teams and customer-facing resources
Education and Requirement:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 4+ years’ professional experience with supporting or troubleshooting applications with an object-oriented architecture.
  • Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
  • Experience in Financial Service Cloud
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
  • Strong data management abilities
  • Salesforce Admin certifications required
  • Located and able to work in the U.S. from a home office and able to travel up to 40% post Covid
  • Not eligible for Visa Sponsorship
