We are looking for hardworking, positive, and energetic individuals who are committed to maintaining integrity and providing a high standard of service to our customers.At our restaurants, we focus on a maintaining a positive team culture and work environment.We are an equal opportunity employer who strive to provide fair compensation, performance recognition and opportunities for advancement.Requirements: · High school diploma or GED preferred· Customer service experience preferred, but not required· Willingness to learn· Excellent interpersonal skills· Ability to work in a fast-paced and flexible environment· Comfortable working on your feet for full shift· Reliable and hard-workingResponsibilities (cashier): · Serve guests in a positive and professional manner· Operate a point-of-sale system to take orders, and accurately process payments· Maintain solid product knowledge to provide recommendations and upsell products· Effectively resolve customer complaints· Assist in training new Team Members· Follow the company’s food and safety procedures· Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations including cleaning/sanitizing various areas of the restaurant (kitchen, dining area, bathrooms, etc.)· Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations & work multiple stations.Physical Demands:· Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds of weight frequently, and up to 50 pounds of weight occasionally· Consistently handle product preparation· Consistently be on your feet during a shift· Frequently lift and bend for product preparation, stocking and inventoryJob Types: Full-time, Part-time, PermanentSalary: $15.00-$16.00 per hourAdditional pay:
