Natus products are used in hospitals, clinics and laboratories worldwide. Our mission is to improve outcomes and patient care in target markets through innovative screening, diagnostic and treatment solutions.Shift: between the hours of 10:00PM and 6:30AM EST Monday – FridaySummary: Ensure all Natus customer and employee needs are met by providing worldwide technical service support for Natus products.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answer support phone calls in professional, courteous manner
  • Logs all correspondence with customers in order to maintain proper records
  • Provides software and hardware support for our customers via telephone or onsite to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues
  • Monitors and maintains open Siebel issues to preserve positive customer relationships
  • Provides WebEx support as required
  • Replies and responds to customer support e-mails in a prompt, professional manner
  • Works closely to resolve issues at problem accounts and communicate status to the Supervisor of Technical Support
  • Provides RMA and quote processing
  • Communicates customer feedback to the product development group
  • Works closely with sales, hardware, and CSR group to ensure customers needs are met
  • Informs engineering group of potential software defects and enhancement requests using IssueView
  • Stay up-to-date and follow all Quality System procedures related to this job, which can affect the quality of products or services provided to our customers.
Education and/or Experience:
  • Bachelors degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university.
  • Two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A+ certified preferred but not required
  • Background in sleep medicine is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Solid working knowledge of computer systems and Microsoft software
