Job Description

The Tim Hortons Restaurant Management Trainer is responsible and accountable for the hands-on training of Tim Hortons University participants learning Management and Operations of Tim Hortons Restaurants.Our Training Manager is a specialist who helps the business by executing the in-restaurant training program for Tim Hortons University.You can make a difference in improving the operational efficiency of our restaurants. You teach, coach, mentor and prepare Management trainees for front line roles in their own restaurants or even provide the restaurant operations perspective to Corporate Representatives that come through for training.Your 3 -5 years of quick service experience in a supervisory role combined with your practical knowledge of recruiting, training and coaching team members makes you an ideal candidate for this role.Why work for us We offer:

REQUIREMENTS
  • Customer service background preferred
  • Must be able to lift 25 lbs
  • Previous experience in Quick Service an asset
  • Friendly and outgoing
  • Flexible schedule
  • Previous management experience preferred
  • Previous experience as a trainer will be an asset to this role
