Job Description

High Purity Water Services Inc. is a successful, growing company seeking a self-starter Warehouse Administrator to support our high purity water systems and services business. We design, manufacture, and install complete turnkey water systems for the institutional marketplace throughout Canada. Our innovative designs incorporate equipment which are listed with Health Canada as licensed Medical Devices.The Warehouse Administrator will manage and perform several warehouse functions, including inventory management and shipping and receiving. Training will be provided. A successful employee will have ample opportunities for professional growth and advancement within our company. We provide meaningful career trajectories for our employees as their knowledge and skills improve with training and experience over time.The goal of the position is to drive efficient warehouse operations to improve customer satisfaction, maximize customer retention and increase profitability. Over time, as the Warehouse Administrator becomes trained and knowledgeable, there will be opportunities for professional development as an experienced member of our team of high purity water professionals.Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): Inventory Management

  • Consistently review minimum inventory levels and inform Purchasing Administrator when levels require re-ordering
  • Monitor and maintain sufficient stock of service items in coordination with Purchasing Administrator
  • Complete monthly cycle counts with Purchasing Administrator when required
  • Ensure products are safely stored and properly labelled
Shipping & Receiving· Effective visual inspection of received material/components for damage and contamination· Effectively compares BOL’s/packing slips to the received items. Stamp received, date & initial then give to Purchasing Administrator for further direction· Shipping of all products in the most cost-effective manner including coordinating with truck deliveries where possible· Record on Sales Order weight/dimensions, costing and tracking number for Customer Service Representative (CSR)· CSR to complete order and provide Warehouse Administrator the packing slip to be placed on order· Record all incoming/outgoing tanks to CSR to record in Tank log· Quarantine of all products associated with Customer complaints & RGAs. Tag and complete evaluation process with GM· Prepare shipments as instructed which may include building skids, preparing of the equipment as required· All products for service contracts/service requests to be pulled and placed in bin on appropriate shelfAdditional Requirements:
  • Valid Ontario driver’s license with a clean driving abstract
· Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent· A mechanical background would be an asset· Ability to prepare accurate and complete paperwork
  • Must be able to communicate and interact well with customers as well as co-workers and manager(s)
  • Physical requirements include ability to bend, squat, walk with heavy equipment, climb ladders, and lift 70 pounds
