Canadian Medical Auctions provides the healthcare sector with a secondary market to release the full market value of surplus assets.Beyond simply operating as an auction house, CMA provides a comprehensive, personalized service that includes the removal, collection, storage and maintenance of medical equipment prior to sale.CMA is a part of BMA Group, formed in the UK in 2015. The business has 25+ employees, operating from: Bracknell in the UK, Paris in France and Toronto (Oakville) in Canada. BMA Group boasts an entrepreneurial global team, with many years experience within the medical equipment and auction industries. The group’s buyer network (of 10,000+ unique entities) for auction services spans 60+ countries.Job descriptionWe are looking for an energetic, well-organized team player eager to apply their knowledge of warehouse operations, to handle all aspects of our medical equipment inventory and goods in/out. The successful applicant will maintain high levels of accuracy, co-ordinate the development of day-to-day operations and procedures, and provide impeccable customer service. If you enjoy wearing multiple hats, are keen and willing to be hands on in the medical equipment field, we would love to hear from you. This position will include opportunities for growth for the right candidate as well as health benefits after a probationary period.Responsibilities

  • Establishes, implements, and perfects processes to control and manage inventory, from receipt to auction to goods out, so every asset is easy to find
  • Loads/unloads vehicles, picks/packs and organizes resources to collect goods and receive deliveries, from time-to-time driving/travelling to customer sites
  • Inspects condition and conducts power on testing of medical equipment (e.g. displays, monitors, power lights)
  • Photographs and catalogues details of medical equipment inventory for auction, including accurately documenting make, model, manufacturer, serial numbers
  • Performs data removal as required (training provided)
  • Communicates with office staff to schedule, track and manage requests and resolve issues quickly and efficiently
  • Carries out daily operations with a high degree of organization, detail and focus
  • Communicates with management about issues, resources and process improvements
  • Adheres to health & safety and data security compliance requirements

Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per yearAdditional pay:
