Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and bilingual Retail Operations Manager to support the day-to-day operations of two dynamic retail businesses. This position is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and is passionate about creating operational excellence and team success.As Retail Operations Manager, you will work closely with the Management Team, the Director of HR, and leadership teams at both retail locations, while also supporting the CEO with company-wide operational initiatives. You’ll be a key liaison between strategy and execution ensuring seamless operations, strong team communication, and consistent performance across sites.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Leadership

• Oversee daily retail operations across both locations, ensuring efficient and consistent practices.
• Implement and monitor store procedures, inventory controls, and loss prevention measures.
• Optimize operational workflows, tools, and systems to support scalability and sustainability.
• Monitor KPIs and sales metrics, and report operational insights to management.
• Ensure clear communication and alignment between departments and leadership.
• Partner with the CEO and Director of HR on broader business initiatives, operational planning, and workforce development.
• Ensure a high-quality customer experience through effective service standards and staff support.
• Conduct regular site visits and act as an operational bridge between in-store and corporate perspectives.
• Provide operational support for special projects, new product rollouts, or service changes.

Requirements

• Progressive experience in retail operations or similar role
• Bilingual -fluent in French and English
• Experience working in hybrid environments; self-directed and comfortable working both independently and on-site.
• Able to reliably commute to the location several days a week
• Comfotable using various forms of technology
• Familiar with Asana an asset
