WestGen, a well-established Group of Companies operating as a dominant supplier to the Western Canadian Dairy industry, is seeking a Genetics Advisor to join our team.The role of a Genetic Advisor is a vital part of the WestGen team; providing dairy breeding advice and genetic products to dairy clients in the BC Interior. Travel is required in this position within the province as well as occasional travel outside of BC for training and meetings.The successful candidate must have extensive knowledge of the dairy industry, sales experience and a drive to deliver outstanding service to current and future customers as well as a clean driving record.

• Strong Communication Skills
• Being a Self-starter
• Post-Secondary Agriculture education
• Cattle reproductive knowledge
• Moderate computer skills
• A.I. Experience
