• Conduct personalized consultations to recommend insurance solutions that fit clients’ needs.
• Build meaningful relationships through follow-ups, policy reviews, and claims support.
• Achieve performance goals with the support of industry-leading training and mentorship.

What You Bring

• Experience in customer service, problem-solving, and relationship-building.
• Hospitality or retail background is a bonus but not required.
• Willingness to obtain a provincial/state license (we’ll help you get there).
• Tech-savvy, self-motivated, and eager to grow your career.
• A passion for helping others and a strong work ethic.
