Job DescriptionMRON is looking to hire a part-time job coach in Old Perlican, NL. Successful candidate will be expected to provide on-site job skill training and employment supports to an individual with an intellectual/developmental disability. This is an 8 hour shift, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.DutiesPosition involves monitoring, evaluating, and reporting on progress of individual while providing job training and support as required. Position involves supporting a client responsible for stocking, front facing and rotating products on shelves, offloading trucks, and light cleaning duties. The job coach is expected to assist only to the extent as is deemed necessary.Qualifications

• High School Education or Equivalent
• Experience working with persons with an intellectual/developmental disability and or in a respite/home care setting is considered an asset.
• A recent Certificate of Conduct and Vulnerable Sector Check is required.
