Job Description

As we continue to expand our footprint, we are recruiting top talent to join our team.Job Summary:The Machinist is responsible for crafting quality precision metal parts according to their CAD designs using CAM software required by the machine. This individual will comply with provincial and federal legislation, employee handbook guidelines, health and safety policies and ISO quality program and procedures.Job Details:

  • Full-time, (Days and Afternoon rotational - 10 hours)

Qualifications:
  • Completion of secondary school and a four-year apprenticeship or college diploma in a manufacturing field or a related discipline
  • Current Machinist experience is required
  • Working knowledge of Lemoine, Tebis, CAD and Powermill is preferred
  • General background in mold making considered an asset
  • Knowledge of arithmetic, geometry and their applications
  • Capable of recognizing and solving problems
  • Time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to adapt and welcome change in a positive manner
  • Capable of operating heavy equipment such as a forklift and crane
