Your inbox already has project scopes from across the country. You review the details, fire up ClaimTrak and Xactimate, and get to work.By mid morning - You #39;re deep into a commercial fire loss from Alberta and a water damage estimate from New Brunswick. You #39;re the Sherlock Holmes of restoration-piecing together photos, notes, and scope details to craft accurate estimates that help get lives and businesses back on track.Before lunch you have a quick sync with a Project Manager to clarify a scope item-collaboration is everything. You #39;re not just on a desk, you #39;re on a team that trusts and respects each other.Then...Lunch break, or maybe a walk. (Because remote life = life balance.)After lunch - You jump back in and track your estimates, monitor KPIs, follow up on approvals in Xactanalysis, and flag any missing pieces for your team. You #39;re fast, accurate, and detail-obsessed-in the best way.You then loop in the Program Performance team with a couple of line-item wins and help fine-tune estimate strategy based on client feedback. You #39;re not just ticking boxes-you #39;re making us better.At the end of your day you wrap the day knowing that what you did mattered.
