Account Manager / Business DevelopmentScarborough, Ontario $70k - $85k + OTE $120k - $150k + Uncapped Commission + Health Benefits + Company Car An excellent opportunity for a driven Account Manager to join a growing company where you will take ownership of building new business accounts and expanding client relationships. As a business development professional, you will have the opportunity to grow within a supportive environment and work directly with a dedicated team to drive success.Do you have a hunter mentality Are you looking for a role that offers the potential to grow and succeed Do you have experience in business development or sales within industrial sectors like HVAC, plumbing, or constructionThis company specializes in industrial products and services, and they are looking to bring in a business development professional who can help them expand their client base and strengthen relationships with existing customers.Once in the role, you will be responsible for generating new business, meeting clients face-to-face, and ensuring ongoing success for clients once accounts are onboarded. You will receive full training on quotations and will be given the tools to succeed in this fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.The Role:

  • Focus on building new business accounts through cold calling, meetings, and relationship management
  • Work closely with the team to onboard and service clients
  • In-office work with client meetings in the field
  • Full training on product quotations and service offerings
  • Uncapped commission
The Person:
  • Strong business development skills or experience in sales within industries like HVAC, plumbing, or construction
  • Comfortable with cold calling and client meetings
  • Motivated and self-driven with a passion for new business acquisition
  • Willing to learn and grow with the company
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not essential
