Your deep restoration industry knowledge, customer - first mindset, and ability to inspire others are what make you a standout leader across your district.QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of impactful leadership experience in the Restoration and Disaster Property Insurance industry, delivering operational excellence and strong project outcomes
• Entrepreneurial-minded leader with a proven ability to build trusted, collaborative relationships across teams, clients, and key industry partners
• Skilled in strategic budget planning, oversight, and financial accountability
• Holds a valid driver #39;s license and a clean driving record
• Clear criminal record, demonstrating integrity and professionalism
