In this role, you #39;ll be responsible for driving the continued development, implementation and support of user lifecycle management, access management, authentication, and authorization services to ensure secure access for internal users. The ideal candidate will have significant experience with the design, implementation, and management of IAM controls in large, complex environments. You #39;ll take ownership over all facets of IAM operations, with a keen eye for compliance and addressing security vulnerabilities in a timely manner.What will you do

  • Design, develop, test, implement, and integrate Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems and solutions. Ensure that solutions protect information resources against unauthorized use, inappropriate degrees of access, disclosure, damage and/or loss.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve system design weaknesses. Troubleshoot and manage the resolution of issues related identities, systems, access, accounts, authorization, entitlements, and permissions.
  • Determine and recommend the most appropriate response to identified more complex problems, issues and/or defects by assessing impact and prioritization.
  • Ensure the maintenance and monitor IAM systems. Troubleshoot, support, and resolve system incidents, problems, and changes, as required.
  • Design reusable strategies, decisions, service components, libraries, and frameworks to support enterprise-level IAM services.
  • Plan and rollout deployment of IAM solution using Saviynt including onboarding of human and machine identitiesamp; applications.
  • Provide level 2 and level 3 support and coordinate as needed with the technology vendors (performing diagnosis on incidents, implementing standard changes to the infrastructure).
  • Produce IAM technical documentation such IAM detailed design, configuration guides etc.
  • Defining scope of work and collaborating with internal teams and the vendors.
Technology:
  • Must have: Hands on experience with Saviynt for 3 years or more.
  • Experience in one of IAM solutions such as: Azure AD, CPAM, Thycotic, PKI.
Additional skills would be a plus:
  • Saviynt certified IGA professional
  • Java, PowerShell
  • Cloud solutions as Azure, AWS, Google Cloud
Skills:
  • University or Post-Graduate Degree.
  • Strong academic background (e.g., computer science, engineering).
  • 5-7 years relevant experience.
  • Hands-on with the configuration and customization of Saviynt product and integrations with applications such as Active Directory/Azure AD, disconnected applications
  • Experience with information security concepts such as user life cycle management and access controls.
  • Good communication skills and experience working with internal teams and partners.
  • Experience with business requirement, design, and documentation of IAM products.
  • Experience with QA duties is a plus (usability testing, performance testing, automated testing, test scripts, test cases and test plans).
  • Extensive knowledge of security applications, specifically around identity management and account creation/maintenance, as well as 3rd party IAM offerings.
