And we are One Driving ForceTM.Plasman Windsor 1 Manufacturing, 5250 Outer Drive, Oldcastle ON, N9G 0C3, is immediately seeking a new member to join our team as:Set-Up Technician - Weekend CrewThe Role:

  • This role would work a 36hr week, spanning Friday, Saturday, Sunday OR Saturday, Sunday, Monday, 12-hr shifts. 24 regular hours, 12 overtime hours.
  • Operate injection molding press and assembly equipment in a safe and productive fashion.
  • Produce all parts consistent to established quality standards and job instructions.
  • Follow established system procedures and instruction.
  • Accurately complete daily production reporting.
  • Observe all safety requirements when operating machinery.
  • Report any malfunctions, quality concerns, or safety hazards immediately after observance.
  • Follow chain of command when relating to any concerns.
  • Ensure that a clean and safe work environment is always maintained.
  • Promote an atmosphere of team work at all times.
  • Complete any other duties as assigned.
Educationamp; Experience Requirements:
  • A passing score on an internal Injection Molding Test and Interview
  • The ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal
  • The ability to be trained for the above-mentioned responsibilities
  • Acceptable performance record and attendance record
Other Requirements:
  • Knowledgeable of Injection Molding processes
  • Previous experience in Injection Molding
