Urban Planner - Municipal Planning + Land Use London , Ontario $80,000 - $115,000 + Bonus + Healthamp; Dental + RRSP + PTO + BenefitsAre you an experienced urban planner with strong knowledge of municipal planning processes and land use policy, looking to contribute meaningfully to projects across Southwestern OntarioThis role offers the chance to join a well-established planning team working on a diverse mix of development applications and planning documentation. You #39;ll be responsible for preparing and managing zoning by-law amendments, official plan amendments, site plan approvals, and related reports - with some involvement in public consultation and community engagement where required.Our client is a respected multidisciplinary consultancy with active projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors. They #39;re seeking someone with practical Ontario planning experience who #39;s confident managing the documentation and coordination side of the planning process, and who can work collaboratively with municipalities, consultants, and stakeholders.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the technical and regulatory side of planning work and is looking for long-term career growth within a supportive, team-focused environment.The Role:

• $80,000 - $115,000 CAD + Bonus + Healthamp; Dental + RRSP + PTO + Benefits
• Prepare and manage municipal planning applications and supporting documentation for development projects
• Participate in consultation with municipalities, stakeholders, and community members
• Ensure all planning work aligns with relevant policies, zoning by-laws, and provincial legislation

The Person:

• Degree in Urban Planning or related field; ideally with 3+ years #39; experience in municipal land use planning
• Strong working knowledge of Ontario planning processes, documentation, and development policy
• Comfortable coordinating with consultants, municipal staff, and attending public meetings when needed
