Job Description

The Cleaning Ladies in Oshawa, ON is seeking CLEANING TECHS (NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY - WE WILL TRAIN), to join our amazing team part time to full time (up to 36 hours a week)WHY YOU SHOULD JOIN OUR TEAMWe are an established company that invests in our team.

  • This cleaner position works a full time schedule from Monday to Friday starting at 8:30 AM and finishing between 3:30 and 5.
  • Earn a competitive wage of $18.00 - $22.00/hour.
  • $18.00 to start and increase after 3 months, 6 months and 1 year based on performance.
  • Earn up to $650 per week.
  • We provide our cleaners excellent benefits and perks, including:
    • no cost for cleaning tools and supplies to our techs,
    • all cleaning rags etc. are provided and laundered, techs do not need to wash rags in the evenings,
    • paid travel time and mileage
    • health and dental benefits,
    • travel insurance,
    • cell phone data reimbursements paid monthly,
    • performance-based incentives,
    • no nights or weekends (unless you want to make more $)
    • vacation pay on every pay period,
    • and paid stat holidays.
