Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer concerns.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required.
