Company DescriptionStacked Pancake & Breakfast House is a growing breakfast and lunch chain that is looking for a dedicated and hardworking Front of House Manager as we continue to expand and grow.Job DescriptionStacked Pancake & Breakfast House - Oshawa is looking for a Front of House Manager that can lead, mentor and train Waitresses/Servers/Hostess as well as maintain a clean & sanitary front of house.The Direct Qualities the Candidate Must Have Is: · Strong leadership· Communication skills· Problem solving skills· Ability to train and coach staff according to franchise standards· Ability to keep the working environment organized and efficient. Ability to work as a teamDuties & Responsibilities: · Managing FOH inventory· Seeking ways to improve operations & processes· Maintain standards for FOH cleanliness & ensuring consistency of cleaning schedules· Tracking wastage· Prep and set up of workstations and equipment· Serve breakfast and lunch dishes· Ensure that quality control and presentation standards are met. maintain a clean/sanitized and orderly work environment in the restaurant. ensure all food/other items are properly stored. monitor stock/shortagesSkill Sets Required: · Knowledge of the food and beverage industry· Ability to work independently & as a team· Ability to work under pressure· Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to overcome immediate issues· Knowledge needed for organizing, planning staff and inventoryJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $14.00-$15.00 per hourAdditional pay:
