We are hiring a number of students and/or graduates in various disciplines to join an innovative project.Looking for a highly motivated Marketing & Sales Asistant who will be responsible for running campaigns on multiple digital platforms, in alignment with TapOne’s strategy and product areas identified as a marketing priority. In this role, you will often be required to work in association with technology, customer success, analytics, and operations teams. Responsibilities: Execute and manage the company’s email marketing initiatives through Mailchimp or similar CRM marketing suites.Assist in developing marketing strategies, in alignment with the company’s revenue strategy, target customer segment and the marketing budgetAssist in conceptualising marketing campaigns including deciding on specific target segments, optimising content and spends across various channelsCollaborate with product design, engineering, sales, advertising, and data teams to collate resources, create marketing content, and deploy marketing campaigns across different channels including social media, Google Ads, and emailMonitor effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives through marketing analytics and optimize channel marketing budgets, present marketing outcomes to the management. Managing in-site eCommerce marketing and advertising through internal ad deployment software and in-app push notification. Leverage prospecting skills and relationships to build partnerships with merchants in your geographic regionManage contract negotiations aimed at establishing the foundation of a strong working relationship with our merchants, including sustainable economics for both partiesClearly communicate the value of TapOne and its newest products to prospectsAchieve and consistently exceed monthly targetsPartner with our Operations and Account Managers to smoothly activate the best merchantsHelp us identify and build best practicesDevelop long-term relationships with key in-region partnersAct as an ambassador of TapOne’s mission, brand, and productProactively maintain communication channels with prospects via email, phone, and face-to-face meetingsQualifications:
