Rush Truck Centres of Canada is always looking for good people to join our team.The Office Administrator provides support to the dealership, ensuring services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist various departments with administrative requirements.
  • Answer phone calls, transfer calls to appropriate individual or department.
  • Receives mail, email correspondence and directs to appropriate individual or department.
  • Assists with the general filing system.
  • Reviews and investigates invoices and communicates errors to appropriate managers.
  • Rentals; maintaining and updating data base for daily rentals, completing rental agreements, prepares billings, maintaining rental fleet availability.
  • Prepares the bank deposit for Accounts Receivable Department.
  • Prepares invoices and obtains plates and ownerships for Sales Department.
  • Assists with the day to day maintenance and operations of the building and premises.
  • Performs daily yard checks of new and used vehicles.
  • Comply with all relevant Health and Safety and environmental policies and procedures
  • Expected to have a positive attitude and promote a healthy work environment
  • Other related duties as assigned by management from time to time

Basic Qualifications
  • High school diploma or general education diploma (GED).
  • Previous Dealership and SAP experience is an asset.
  • Competency in the following areas: customer experience, administrative skills, time management, proficiency with computers; Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Detail oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Criminal Record Check
