Office Manager, Office of the RegistrarSalary Range: $67,553.00 - $84,443.00Durham College is seeking an experienced and self-directed Office Manager to provide senior-level support for the Office of the Registrar. Reporting directly to the Associate Vice-President, Academic (Enrolment and International Education), the incumbent will undertake a diverse range of activities in support of strategic and operational goals, manage relationships across offices within the college and with external stakeholders, and will be responsible for operations activities to support both the Office of the Registrar and International Education. The incumbent will be adaptable and proactive, applying sound judgment while anticipating the needs of and taking actions to support the office. With strengths in the areas of innovation and creativity, the Office Manager will thrive in a fast-paced environment characterized by multiple priorities. The incumbent will approach their work with a professional attitude, demonstrating tact, diplomacy, candor and a highly focused attention to detail. Acting as the central point of contact for the Office of the Registrar, the incumbent will assess and respond to issues both general and confidential in nature, and be comfortable working outside of regular office hours as required to support college business and initiatives, including evenings and weekends.Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
