• Your role will be to seek new business opportunities and farm existing customers.
• Ability to identify and meet customers’ needs.
• Expanding customer base.
• Building and maintaining trust with customers.
• Maintaining exceptional levels of communication between customers and the support team within the organization.
• Provide feedback to the company on customer needs, the competitionamp; other valuable information.
• Must have the ability to work independently and as a team player.
• Some Cold calling for appointments
• Prospecting / qualifying new clients.
• Targeting Condominiums, large office building and other medium/large contracts.

Requirements:

• Previous B2B sales experience required (minimum 5 years).
• Valid driver #39;s license and good driving record.
• Experience in janitorial and building services field considered an asset.
