Full Time $15 - $18 an hourMerry Maids is a professional housecleaning company that offers the best cleaning solutions and customer service to our clients. As trusted in-home professionals, we form strong relationships with our clients and are often considered part of their extended families. Safety of both our staff and clients is our top priority. We have introduced enhanced safety measures and are taking every possible health precaution.Paid TrainingEasily obtainable IncentivesGross earning potential between $570 - $646 weeklyKilometer reimbursement (non taxable)Do not work nights, weekends or holidaysWeekly vacation payCareer Path OpportunitiesPositive team atmosphereEnhanced safety Measures:"No Contact" cleaning which allows for safe social distancing and no contact with clientsProper P.P.E. and training on how to properly don and discard of it (disposable gloves, face masks and hand sanitizer)Team members receive daily health checks and anyone who feels unwell is asked to stay homeIf a client has traveled out of the country in the last 2 weeks, or is feeling unwell, the cleaning will be rescheduledOur offices are disinfected multiple times a day and social distancing rules are in effectJob Position Description:Professionally clean customer homes using Merry Maids’ unique cleaning procedures and products. As a team member, you will be responsible to provide exceptional customer service by consistently cleaning homes.Responsibilities:Use Merry Maids cleaning products and procedures to clean in customer homesUse provided equipment including vacuums and microfiber cleaning clothsClean all surfaces in home, including fans, blinds, light fixtures, baseboards, fixtures, counters, showers, toilets, cabinets, and floorsAbility to clean floors on hands and knees in kitchens and bathroomsVacuum all stairs, carpet, hard surface floors and furnitureMove all reasonably movable furniture to clean under and behindCarry all cleaning products and equipment to and from office, vehicle, and customers’ homesAssist in keeping supplies stocked and maintain equipmentContribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude and contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable and on timeHas respect and understanding for co-workers and customersQualifications:Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and usesAbility to read cleaning instructionsStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility lift and carry 20 lbs. of equipmentAbility to withstand regular physical contact with dog and cat hair, mold, dust, mildew and cleaning solutionsAbility to drive to and from various job sitesThis Job Description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by those assigned to this position.
