Roofing Labourer/shingler - Jobs in Oshawa, ON

We are expanding and are looking for qualified and experienced shinglers and labourers that are willing to work hard for excellent pay.

Finley Roofing is a third generation roofing company and we are certified Master Elite with GAF. Quality and customer satisfaction are what we aim for on every job.

Located in the Courtice area and serving Pickering through Cobourg and the Kawartha Lakes. We will pay a bonus of $500 if you show up, work hard and stay through the fall. Payable at the end of the roofing season. We have a tremendous amount of bookings and you can work as much as you like.

Labourers start between $20/ hour and go up from there after your first day based on your work. Shinglers (experienced only) start at $27 and go up after your first day based on your abilities.

We are willing to train the right people for a career in roofing. One of our team started as a labourer nineteen years ago and worked his way up to Forman and is now the Sales leader. We value loyalty and reward our workers for it.

Working at heights certification and steel toed work boots are necessary. We will provide working at heights training for the right people.
