Bilingual Dental Claims Specialist — Remote Are you ready to take your dental knowledge beyond the clinic Our client, a leader in the insurance industry, is seeking skilled professionals to assess and process complex dental claims. Whether you are looking for full-time or part-time work, this contract position provides flexibility while allowing you to contribute to a vital industry.What is in it for you:• Hourly Salary: $32 to $34, based on experience. • Job Type: 2-month contract – Full-time or Part-time.• Location: Montréal, Ottawa, Toronto, Waterloo.• Work Arrangement: Remote or hybrid, depending on the candidate’s preference.• Hours: Regular business hours – 37.5 hours per week.Responsibilities:• Review complex dental claims and estimates for completeness, ensuring all required information is provided.• Assess and adjudicate complex claims and estimates based on dental information, plan provisions, and supporting documentation.• Analyze dental x-rays and claims, documenting findings and communicating with clients (members/sponsors) to obtain additional details.• Meet established production, quality, and service standards.• Handle internal and external inquiries via written correspondence, email, and phone as required.• Collaborate with the Dental Consultant on complex cases and coordinate with other departments to meet customer expectations.• Participate in departmental projects as needed.What you will need to succeed:• Diploma in Dental Hygiene (CEGEP/College or University).• Experience working in a dental clinic.• Strong knowledge of group insurance and dental claims.• Customer service-oriented with excellent communication skills.• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.• Self-motivated and team-oriented, with the ability to adapt to a changing environment.• Open to giving and receiving feedback.• Bilingual in English and French for the frequent interactions with English and French-speaking colleagues or internal partners across Canada and worldwide (required).• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Why Recruit ActionRecruit Action (agency permit: AP-2000003) provides recruitment services through quality support and a personalized approach to job seekers and businesses.
