CSL Group, Ottawa’s top-notch commercial landscaping company, is on the hunt for a Branch Manager who’s not afraid to get their hands dirty—literally and figuratively.What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Branching Out: You’ll be in charge of our Ottawa branch, leading a team of green-thumbed pros who make landscapes look like a million bucks (without the million-dollar price tag).
  • Leafing Through Paperwork: Yes, there’s some of that, but it’s mostly fun stuff like budgets, schedules, and making sure the grass stays greener on our side.
  • Planting the Seeds of Success: You’ll cultivate client relationships, ensuring they’re happier than a kid in a candy store (or a squirrel in a tree full of acorns).
  • Weeding Out the Competition: Your strategic skills will help us grow our market share and keep our lawns looking better than the neighbor’s.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience: You’ve been around the block (or the yard) a few times. Experience in landscaping, management, or even just keeping houseplants alive is a plus!
  • Leadership: You’re not afraid to take the rake by the handle and lead a team to victory (and by victory, we mean beautiful lawns).
  • Communication: You can talk to clients, staff, and maybe even plants. We hear they grow better when spoken to nicely.
  • Humor: If you’ve laughed at least once while reading this job ad, you’re probably our kind of person.
