  • Carefully assess customer needs and challenges to offer the best product and service solutions
  • Embody our brand at promotional events, marketing campaigns, and sales presentations, face-to-face and over the phone
  • Use the provided leads to forge formidable connections with key decision-makers, deliver expert brand consultations, and seal the deal
  • Act as the go-to contact, swiftly handling prospects #39; inquiries and concerns with style and precision
  • Ensure every action is tracked, managed, and logged into our POS system
  • Join forces with teammates and other departments to craft sales strategies and elevate brand recognition to new heights
  • Relentlessly pursue unparalleled results and strive for top-performance
RequirementsOur new Brand Representative is someone who:
  • Articulates ideas clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing
  • Can build and maintain relationships with clients and customers and has strong interpersonal skills
  • Thinks on their feet and finds creative solutions to challenges
  • Self-driven, proactive, and takes initiative to achieve targets and exceed expectations
  • Capable of effectively communicating value propositions to clients
  • Sets ambitious goals and takes focused action to achieve them
  • Has capacity to bounce back from setbacks and maintain persistence in the face of challenges
  • Able to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to achieve common goals
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, customer acquisition, or marketing is an asset
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
