Our deep technical expertise and our commitment to clients continues to fuel our success, and with success comes growth – we’re currently searching for a hungry and smart BDR with technical acumen…Role ProfileWorking remotely, in this position your mandate is to build a pipeline of qualified prospects through email marketing campaigns, cold calling, and representing the company at industry events.This is an outstanding opportunity to join an accelerating startup in a role that’s crucial to the company’s continued success. We offer a competitive base salary with a performance-based incentive.Key Responsibilities

• Research potential clients and market opportunities.
• Identify decision-makers and initiate contact through cold calls, emails, and social media.
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospects by providing relevant information on our products and services.
• Schedule meetings or calls for senior sales and technical colleagues.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing colleagues.
• Accurately record and update all lead information and interactions in the CRM system.
• Track and report on lead conversion metrics to improve outreach strategies.
• Stay abreast of developments in cybersecurity, including emerging threats, regulations, and technologies.

Candidate ProfileAs an ideal candidate, you #39;re motivated, driven, and highly skilled in initiating and building relationships. You likely have experience working in a technology company, and have the capacity to learn and speak fluently about our work. With a founder’s mindset, you’re highly entrepreneurial and energized by the opportunity to grow and make an impact.Key Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience as a BDR, SDR or similar role in a technology company.
• Post-secondary education in a relevant field.
• Experience in information security is a strong asset.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills – articulate, clear and genuine, with the ability to read situations and tailor messaging to audiences.
• Skilled in discovering and appealing to prospects’ needs.
• Skilled in identifying opportunities through research.
• Proficiency with CRM and email marketing tools.
• Innovative, creative and tenacious.
• Driven to achieve targets and contribute to the success of the company.
