We are here to simplify the construction process while safeguarding our client’s sanity and investment during all phases of the work, be it a new build, expansion, rejuvenation, or refurbishment. In this place of risk and leaps of confidence, the Lundy team is there to ensure phenomenal project success.We #39;re currently searching for adynamic and energetic Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role you #39;ll report to the VP of Construction and work closely with our Project Managers on a range of ICI projects.Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation, distribution, and control of project documentation
  • Review specifications for submittal requirements
  • Obtain the proper bonding and insurance as required by projects
  • Manage all finance related paperwork associated with a project
  • Prepare monthly billings to clients
  • Review and approval of shop drawing
  • Coordination of SI/CCN/CD between trades
  • Keep drawing markups current
  • Attending project meetings as required
  • Preparation of operation and maintenance manuals
  • Assist the Estimating department in the closing of tenders
Key Qualifications:
  • Post-secondary education focusing on the construction industry
  • 3 to 5 years of related experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications (i.e. Excel and Word)
  • Highly organized
  • Strong communicator including strong reading/writing skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to set priorities to enable successful performance
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to problem solve and provide recommendations
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Experience with Procore would be considered an asset
