Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:

  1. Ecommerce Platform Management:
    • Oversee the day-to-day management of the ecommerce website, ensuring all products are accurately listed and up-to-date.
    • Optimize product listings for SEO to increase visibility and drive traffic.
    • Manage product categories, descriptions, images, and pricing.
  2. Sales and Marketing:
    • Develop and implement ecommerce strategies to drive online sales and achieve revenue targets.
    • Coordinate with the marketing team to create and execute online promotions, email campaigns, and social media strategies.
    • Analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  3. Customer Experience:
    • Ensure a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for customers.
    • Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently, providing excellent customer service.
    • Monitor and improve website usability and performance.
  4. Inventory and Order Management:
    • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure product availability.
    • Manage order processing, fulfillment, and shipping to ensure timely delivery.
    • Track and report on order metrics and fulfillment performance.
  5. Analytics and Reporting:
    • Use analytics tools to track website performance, sales, and customer behavior.
    • Prepare regular reports on ecommerce metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the ecommerce strategy remains competitive.
