Pay Scale: $115,000 - $125,000 Depending On ExperienceWork Hours: Monday - Friday; 7:00 am - 4:00 pmPrimary Job Duties:
  • Review specifications, drawings, and tender documents to develop competitive bids.
  • Perform quantity take-offs, secure vendor/subcontractor pricing, and prepare bid submissions.
  • Lead bid closings and manage contract review upon award.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
  • Coordinate with operations, field teams, and vendors to execute projects on time and within scope.
  • Issue contracts, purchase orders, and manage project documentation.
  • Monitor and control project scope, costs, and timelines.
  • Submit monthly progress reports, cost forecasts, and reconcile expenditures.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and healthamp; safety regulations.
  • Direct project teams and support value engineering and process improvements.
  • Work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to streamline operations.
  • Plan and manage field labor and site coordination.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to support business growth.
  • Communicate proactively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Support collections, resolve issues, and coordinate small jobs with service teams.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor #39;s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or RSE 309A Electrical License (ME)
  • 5+ years of experience in electrical project management and estimating within the construction sector.
  • Proficiency in project management software and estimating tools.
    • Accubid or McCormick Estimating
    • Microsoft Project
  • Prior experience preparing Bid Submission Packages and submitting bids on online portals
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to drive results.
  • Strong time management skills
  • Expertise in project estimation, scheduling, and execution.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
  • Ability to analyze financials and maintain project profitability.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
