Assisting with diary scheduling, meeting organization and administration, event planning, function and function organization, report and presentation preparation, and general administrative support for the Senior Leadership Team, you will contribute to the smooth operation of the Executive Office. In the role of an Executive Office Administrator, you will need to support administrative functions in a sizable and intricate organization. You will also need to possess strong organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.
