This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of residents, offering personalized hair care services tailored to their unique needs.Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional hair care services to residents of the Long Term Care facility, including cutting, styling, and other related services.
  • Ensure all services are delivered in a safe, hygienic, and respectful manner, in compliance with the facilities standards and health regulations.
  • Collaborate with the facilities healthcare team to ensure residents receive the appropriate level of care and attention.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly sanitized.
  • Build positive relationships with residents, offering them a comfortable and pleasant experience.
Qualifications:
  • Must be a licensed hairstylist with the necessary education and training.
  • Successfully completed the required licensing exam and able to practice legally.
  • Proven experience in delivering high-quality hair care services.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with residents and team members.
  • Ability to adapt and meet the unique needs of each resident in a Long Term Care setting.
