Job Description

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Lead Contract Manager to join our Major Projects team, which is responsible for the development of large-scale projects undertaken by our various business sectors. On a daily basis, you will collaborate with colleagues and various multidisciplinary work teams on these projects.You will contribute your knowledge, expertise and experience of contract negotiation and execution in coordinating commercial and contractual negotiations with stakeholders, executing our administrative process, coordinating all project interfaces, as well as risk management.We offer a flexible hybrid work arrangement that allows you to work from home and from one of our offices.Primary responsibilities

  • Collaborate with our business sectors in the development and selection of business opportunities for major projects
  • Review tenders for major projects and support tender teams in reviewing and approving tenders forwarded to higher levels.
  • Support and guide our CIMA+ business units in the following areas:
  • Negotiate major projects and participate in commercial and contractual transactions (and lead them, where appropriate).
  • Coordinate exchanges between customers, project management and contractors responsible for change management and follow-up of contractual deliverables within deadlines
  • Monitor and report on the status of construction contracts in progress and intervene to resolve any problem that may arise as part of a proactive, collaborative approach.
  • Apply the rules of commercial and contractual governance and corporate risk management
  • Collaborate with support services for major projects, particularly in the areas of project execution, risk management, procurement, legal services, finance or health and safety
  • Ensure the rigour of our processes and management tools/systems
